РНПК предоставлены фингарантии в пределах 49,7 млрд рублей

Совет директоров Банка России принял решение о предоставлении гарантии Российской Национальной Перестраховочной Компании в пределах 49,7 млрд рублей. Гарантия предоставлена для обеспечения полной перестраховочной поддержки имущественных интересов российских юридических лиц, попавших под международные ограничения. Российский страховщики, заключившие договоры страхования в отношении таких рисков, испытывают сложности по размещению рисков в перестрахование на международных рынках. Размер капитала РНПК не позволял во всех случаях обеспечить полную перестраховочную защиту такого бизнеса при текущем размере капитала компании - 21,3 млрд рублей.

Благодаря гарантии Банка России в отношении санкционного бизнеса РНПК сможет увеличить собственное удержание против утвержденного уровня в 2,5 млрд. рублей по каждому договору перестрахования, которые установлены компаний, исходя из текущего размера капитала компании до размера, обеспечивающего полное перестрахование санкционных рисков.

По словам Президента РНПК Николая Галушина, «материнская гарантия предоставляет компании возможность принимать на перестрахование риски сверх установленных лимитов собственного удержания. Речь идет только о санкционном бизнесе. В отношении всего остального бизнеса, который компания принимает в перестрахование, размер удержания компании меняться не будет».
