Российская Национальная Перестраховочная Компания (РНПК) утвердила официальных аудиторов на 2018 год

Российская Национальная Перестраховочная Компания (РНПК) утвердила новых официальных аудиторов на 2018 год, которыми стали ООО «Эрнст энд Янг» и ООО «ФинЭкспертиза». Решение было принято Национальным финансовым советом Банка России на основе проведенного тендера, говорится в пресс-релизе перестраховщика.

Акционерное общество «Российская Национальная Перестраховочная Компания» создано во исполнение Федерального Закона № 363 — ФЗ от 3 июля 2016 года о внесении изменений в Закон Российской Федерации «Об организации страхового дела в Российской Федерации» решением Совета директоров своего единственного учредителя — Центрального Банка России, которому принадлежит 100% акций компании. Оплаченный уставный капитал - 21,3 млрд рублей. Объем начисленных премий по итогам 9 месяцев 2017 года составил 5,2 млрд, чистая прибыль 1,2 млрд.
