KAZAKHSTAN: EURASIA, NURPOLICY and Kommesk-Omir paid over KZT 3.3 billion under mandatory MTPL this year

According to the National Bank of Kazakhstan for 5 months this year paid claims under mandatory civil liability of car owners of the 3 leading insurers in this class (EURASIA, NURPOLICY, Kommesk-Omir) exceeded KZT 3.3 billion, wrote the portal allinsurance.kz.

EURASIA paid KZT 1.4 billion (14.2% of all paid claims), NURPOLICY - KZT 1 billion (10.3%) and Kommesk- Omir - KZT 836 million (8.2%). Total share of these 3 companies in the market claims amounted to 32.7%. Total share of the mentioned insurers in gross premiums of the insurance class under consideration for 5 moths reached 31.3%. In terms of the paid claims' weight in the received premiums the leader is NURPOLICY (77%), followed by EURASIA (33.8%) and Kommesk-i (32.6%).
