Tajikistan: one more insurer stopped operating

SUGURTAI MILLI stopped its insurance activity due to expiration of its license, as informed the press service of the National Bank of Tajikistan.

The main activity of SUGURTAI MILLI was medical insurance. As of now the Tajik insurance market is represented by 19 insurance organizations, including 2 state insurers - TAJIKSUGURTA and TAJIKSARMOYAGUZOR. Among private insurers the most active on the local market are MUIN, TRUD, ASKHATA-Sugurta and LIDER Insurance. The Tajik market has 43 authorized types of insurance business, the most popular of them are property, personal, life and liability insurance.
