The Insurance AI and Analytics Summit returns to Europe in 2018

Having enjoyed rapid growth since its inception in 2014, the Insurance AI and Analytics Europe Summit returns to London in 2018 (9th - 10th October). The event is organized by Insurance Nexus and supported by XPRIMM Publications as Media Partner.

Over 350 senior insurance executives will participate at two days of discussion, insight and networking, taking place at the Hilton Tower Bridge, with representatives from leading carriers having already announced their attendance.

With no industry having invested more in AI than insurance did in 2017 (94% of the respondents participating in an Insurance Nexus survey felt that AI will 'deeply transform the insurance industry'), there is clearly a growing understanding of its importance across the core business areas, from underwriting and pricing, to claims processing and customer engagement.

As Europe's largest AI event dedicated to insurance, Insurance AI and Analytics Europe will bring together over 350 C-level analytics, pricing, marketing, claims and underwriting executives to discuss how to embed AI across all core business areas to. Rather than focusing on the minutiae and intricacies of regulations (although GDPR will, of course, get a mention), the event will discuss guiding strategies, principles and best practice for embedding AI that are applicable across Europe.

Already confirmed to speak are SpareBank1 Chief Executive Officer, Jon HOLTAN and Chief Health Officer for European Markets at the AXA Group, Somesh CHANDRA, and many more, including:
  • Anna-Sophie GROUCHKA, Chief Customer Officer, Allianz
  • Alessandra CHIUDERI, Head of Customer Data and Analytics, Generali
  • Gero GUNKEL, Group Artificial Intelligence Lead, Zurich Insurance
  • Christophe CASTAN, Head of Artificial Intelligence, AXA Belgium
  • Pardeep BASSI, Head of Data Science, LV
Insurance AI and Analytics Europe attendees will also enjoy a truly international networking experience; Europe's largest insurance analytics community will take part in more than 10 different interactive sessions, discussing and dissecting the issues at the heart of insurance. Attendees will also be afforded over 8 hours of enhanced networking using Brella, that allows them to set their own meetings and create valuable business networks that can be leveraged in future.
