VIDEO: Re/insurance professionals from all over the world gathered at the Baden-Baden XPRIMM Reception

On Sunday, 23 October, over 230 insurers and reinsurers from all over the world met at the 8th edition of the Baden-Baden XPRIMM Reception, the traditional event organized by XPRIMM during the Baden-Baden Meetings.

During the event, which took place at the Kurhaus Casino, Runder Saal, professionals and specialists from the insurance markets had the opportunity to get in touch with specialists from leading reinsurance companies from all over the world, and also to receive more information about the Romanian and CEE, Russia & CIS insurance markets.

The participants also had the chance to be among the first readers of the seven new XPRIMM Publications launched in Baden-Baden, which included the XPRIMM Insurance Report - CEE, Russia & CIS, CIS - 1H 2016 - the most comprehensive analysis report for over 30 insurance markets, as well as editions of INSURANCE Profile - Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia, and Turkey.

This year's edition of the Baden-Baden XPRIMM Reception was supported by VIENNA Insurance Group, JLT Re and TRUST Re as Main Partners, as well as by CERTASIG, BELARUS Re and NTT Data as Partners.

Yearly, the Baden - Baden XPRIMM Reception represents an opportunity for the CEE & CIS insurance industry to make itself known during the annual meetings held in Baden - Baden. Networking is a key element of the event, the reception facilitating the experience and business exchanges between insurance and reinsurance specialists.

New competitors may be able to analyse data sets more quickly and apply the results in new applications - thus placing traditional insurers under pressure.
