CROATIA osiguranje, the largest Croatian insurer and one of the biggest market players in Adriatic Region, announced in a statement published on the ZSE web-site (Zagreb Stock Exchange), that that the Management Board Member Vanco Balen will leave the company.

“CROATIA osiguranje d.d. hereby informs the investing public, in accordance with the earlier announcement, that the Management Board member Mr. Vanco Balen will leave the Company on personal request, for private reasons. On April 16, 2024, Mr. Vanco Balen submitted his resignation from the position of a member of the Management Board of CROATIA osiguranje d.d., with April 30, 2024, as the last day of his mandate”.

CROATIA osiguranje representatives mentioned that until further notice, Davor Tomaskovic, the President of the Management Board, will assume the responsibilities and duties of Vanco Balen.
